Frequently Asked Questions

Many common questions along with their answers are below. If you have a question that's not below, feel free to reach out to us by calling us or on the form at the bottom of this page. We are happy to assist!

1. What types of insurance do you specialize in?

We have agents that specialize in personal insurance, business/commercial insurance, life insurance, annuities, and more. When you call, let us know your specific needs and we will direct you to an agent who can assist you.

2. What does independent agent mean?

As an independent agency, we have access to multiple markets – not just one. As a result, we are able to shop different markets to find you the best prices and coverages available to fit your needs.

Some agents only have access to one company. Thus, they have a limited market to find you a policy. We can shop around for you to find the best.

3. I was in an auto accident - what should I do?

Do not admit fault. Fault for an accident will be determined by an investigation.

If the police did not go to the scene to do a report, file a police report with the department.

Be sure to write down information for your own records, such as other car(s) make and models, driver and passenger names, insurance information, contact information for potential witnesses, police officers names and badge numbers, and a brief description of the accident so that you do not forget the details later on.

Take pictures.

If you are going to file a claim, contact your agent to file the claim for you to the company.

4. What is "full coverage" auto insurance?

Full coverage is the common term meaning both property and liability coverage for an automobile. Please note that it does not mean everything is covered. Your agent can help explain the coverages in your auto policy further.
